Its easy to book and cleaners have always been of a high standard. My cleaner today was efficient, pleasant, high quality and needed no instruction, except for me to indicate what I needed doing and where the equipment is kept.

My original helper went on leave and the replacement helper who came was equally great. Myo Pa Pa Tun was punctual, polite and a fast helper. She managed to complete all tasks assigned and even requested me to check before she left the house.

It's our first experience with this type of service, and we weren't quite sure what to expect. However, a close friend recommended it, so we decided to give Helpling a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. The interface was smooth and made scheduling appointments a breeze, plus communication with the helper is conveniently handled through the app. This ensures accountability at all times. Everything was clear, with no hidden fees, and we're really pleased with the results of the tasks completed by the helper. We're definitely excited about our next appointment!

Today is my countless engaged cleaning services with Helpling. Cleaner Ms Wai Lwin is punctual, detailed and reliable. Hence I can catch up on my work/leisure even when she's at my house cleaning. Due to change of work dynamics, I can't always engage Lwin, but schedule other cleaners on other days. Helpling agents made it possible by being accomodating to my work schedule. And the cleaners send to house are also reliable and punctual. 👍

Easy scheduling and fuss free experience

I’ve had live-in helper experience before and tried other part-time helper companies as well. So far my best experience is with Helpling - this provider was recommended by my friend and I have since been recommending to others as well. The PT helpers from them does a great job in cleaning the house and even their customer service team is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this provider if you need PT helpers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Helpling Singapore.

I specifically booked a Signature cleaning service because I wanted a higher standard of cleaning. However, the platform sent a Classic cleaner instead, which was not the service I booked.

The cleaner spent 3 hours at my home, but only managed to clean the bathroom and kitchen sink. The rest of the house was barely touched. I ended up wasting 3 hours and still have to hire another cleaner to finish the job.

What’s more frustrating is that despite the wrong service type being sent, the company still asked me to pay for the Classic session and only offered a $10 discount, which does not fairly resolve the issue.

As a customer, if I book and pay for a specific service tier, I expect the company to deliver that service.

Sending the wrong service category and then charging the customer for it is extremely disappointing.
I hope the company reviews how bookings are assigned and handles such cases more fairly in the future.

Our allocated cleaning professional was sick and could not make it for the cleaning session in the morning. However, Helpling very quickly allocated another professional to come in the afternoon on the same day and the new professional was equally punctual and meticulous in her cleaning which we really appreciated.

Extremely professional and helpful, i am happy to use this service. I have been given with great help who are detailed and efficient. I do recommend highly to anyone who is looking for this service.
