Absolutely wonderful staff, find out the gender of my first little one and they were so kind and welcoming, will definitely be going again!

We had a brilliant experience, staff were very friendly and put us at ease straight away! I would highly recommend and also return - thank you very much!

I’ve had 2 gender reveals both at exactly 13 weeks and also went weekly with both as it’s addictive but the staff are all lovely and do their best to get good photos of the baby!!! Coming back in 2 weeks for my 3rd gender scan can not wait wouldn’t use anyone else !!!

I’ve got to say the service I received was terrible. I was already embarrassed that I had to come on my own. The staff were more concerned about chatting at the desk than doing my scan. For something that is so precious to people I was treated like trash. It was all just ‘go in there, go over there’ - They didn’t show me how to use the machine to pick my scan picture. I just wanted to cry. The only time they showed me any interest was when they wanted my money. I was honestly so disappointed

I had a 6 week reassurance scan on Sunday and brought my partner and two little boys, 3 and 18 months old. We were all greeted warmly and made to feel so welcome. I was slightly apprehensive taking my children with me but it was no problem at all and I felt completely at ease during my scan. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. This is the 4th private scan company I've used and I will definitely be returning for our gender scan. Thank you again to both the lovely ladies at Hello Baby St Helen's x

We had our gender scan here and the ladies were so welcoming. We got the right gender from 14 weeks and got some amazing pictures. We will definitely return for another private scan before our baby arrives 🙂

Had a early dating/reassurance scan at 8 weeks, staff are so lovely and friendly and make you feel so relaxed.
Went again at 19+4 too check out little baba and also gender reveal.. would definitely recommend hello baby 💙

Hello baby have been amazing all the times we’ve been. We’ve had a challenging journey and hello baby have been so reassuring and welcoming we couldn’t recommend them enough

We first came here in 2020 with our first baby girl and then we’ve recently come again for another early gender scan and we’ve just found out we’re having another baby girl! The girls here are absolutely fantastic and make you feel so comfortable and stress free and are always up for a laugh! Can’t recommend them enough🩷

What a lovely service. The 2 ladies couldn’t have been more helpful. I have been here for scans with my twins, my little boy and then returned to have a scan to confirm my miscarriage. We didn’t get much support from the hospital and hello baby rang me a week after to ask if I needed any advice, support and were just overall lovely. I’m returning Saturday for a gender scan for our rainbow baby. Such a lovely welcoming service with staff that really do care and treat you like friends.

Been coming to hello baby over the years with all my baby’s for our gender scans and 4d scans couldn’t recommend them enough the girls are amazing and are very welcoming.

We met the girls at hello baby when we reached just 6 weeks. We’ve had 4 scans with them so far and each one has been the perfect experience.
The girls are incredibly welcoming, reassuring and make you feel at ease on every visit.
We can’t thank them enough for the moments and memories they’ve given us, getting to see our little one grow, to finding out the gender.
We’ll most definitely be back for a 4D scan later on in our pregnancy.

We have had a difficult journey with ivf and it’s had its challenges along the way. We have been anxious about this pregnancy and worried but hello baby have been reassuring at each scan and we never feel rushed, the scans have really helped us to feel at ease and now our little one is ok. We came in for the gender scan and we love the personal touch of the scan with a blue feather (it’s a boy!!!) We also have his heartbeat in an elephant to keep forever 🥹💙

The receptionist and the lady that scanned me for my early gender scan was so welcoming and patient. Been here with my previous two pregnancies also and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Showed me baby properly and took her time, so professional and pleasant. Thankyou ❤

The girls that work here make every experience so special and they make it so comfortable from start to end, they help with any questions you may have.

I would give them 5 stars across the board, I would recommend them to anyone who is after a reasonably priced and fabulous service

Been for three scans here to see our baby boy and the staff are so helpful and lovely, my 7 month old little girl was very unsettled the whole way through and they made me feel so much less stressed and not one bit rushed - even offered to rock her and spend more time scanning me. Perfect 4D pics even at 18 weeks so clear I was shocked. Lovely place I’ll definitely be back a fourth time to see him! Xx
