Helikon-Tex Recenzje 20

I ordered a couple of pants. They did not fit, but return process was seamless. The return sticker already included, I even forgot to include the return form. The customer support handled it perfectly.

The item purchased. A double fleece in a light brown is by far the worst "top" i have ever purchased. So many areas of quality are just not there and so many things broke after one, ONE wash. The cuff faster broke clean off . Stitching came undone in multiple places. A plastic cord fastner broke on the second day. I emailed... no reply. Just awful customer service and awful product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Be careful with their return policy. Nowhere it is mentioned that they will deduce the shipping cost from the refund. Stay away!

They have some good camo patterns, but the pricing is not very upfront. In small text somehwere they have it on a different page but I paid $70 for shipping just to get hit with an additonal $112 fee for Customs. The company should really find a way to have the actual full price displayed prior to purchase. I and my business will no longer use them for this lack of transparency in purchasing process

As another review has said, Helikon-Tex are defrauding their UK customers.

On checkout they charge you 23% VAT, and when your order arrives in the UK, they require you to pay a further 20% + handling fees to UPS. This 20% tax is on top of the fake 23% tax they have already charged you.

Having spoken to HMRC about this, it seems that Helikon-Tex are defrauding their UK customers, pocketing the fake 23% tax they charge you on check-out (this isn't going to the Polish govt as international orders are zero-rated) and leaving you with a further real 20% VAT charge before you can receive your goods.

No one needs to pay tax twice - do not buy from these clowns.

I’ve seen a few users say that the support team and my experience couldn’t be further from that. I’ve been using Helikon products for well over 7 years and all I’ve been is pleasantly surprised. Pleasantly surprised on the price to performance of the products, pleasantly surprised of the helpfulness of the support team and so on. I’ve never really had an problems the products until last month I fell off a cliff and broke a plastic buckle off my Raccon mk2. Contacted support and they just sent me a new buckle immediately. I only hope they stay consistent throughout the years and I’ll forever be a proud Helikon Tex user.

Bought Patriot fleece must say it is really uncomfortable on arms if worn over a tshirt. Inner layer is not well padded around zippers (especially under armpits zipper) and it is rubbing my skin.

I ordered some clothing from Helikon-Tex in Poland after checking with them about paying VAT, and was assured that they would charge me 20% VAT and send appropriate documentation with the package for the UK customs.
I was extremely annoyed to be charged 20% VAT again by the courier (UPS), who despite me emailing them my invoice which showed I had already paid VAT, they refused to refund me as the documentation sent from Helikon-Tex showed that I had NOT already paid VAT!
I have emailed Helikon-Tex about this 4 times over the last few weeks, requesting a refund of the VAT, and I have included a copy of the Polish documentation which UPS's investigations team sent me, but they have not answered any of my emails!
I have tried contacting customer services via the contact page on the website and by directly emailing them.
IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WILL GET RIPPED-OFF BY BEING CHARGED 40% VAT!

Just purchased the large M65 Field Jacket in OG and am very impressed with the attention to detail as compares with an original US made version.
I already have an Alpha Industries M65 but wanted to go up a size & also find a more reasonable priced version. After much research on what was available I chose Helikon & I’m glad I did. The build quality, zip & button matching & fabric are spot on. Unless you looked at the labeling you would be hard pressed to tell it wasn’t an authentic contracted issue item.
Probably the best ‘made in China’ garment I’ve seen!

Helikon Tex is a great company.
Interesting products...maybe too many.
They do have problems with unclear sizing for EU/ US clothes, their customer service is useless sending customers back to the shops they bought the products from.
Professionally usefull camo like Helikon Badlands are introduced but then dropped again. Gives the customer insecurity to buy more and many good items arnt available anymore after 2-3 years.
There should be more focus on consistent classic Helikon products like SFU or MBDU Lines.

High quality products at good price. Ultra fast shipment. Size fit well.

Jeg har handlet en del hos Helikon-Tex gennem årene - og anvendt deres beklædning og udstyr i både min fritid og i professionel kapacitet. Jeg har endnu til gode at opleve et af deres produkter fejle i felten.

Levering foregår hurtigt og problemfrit med UPS - og man bliver informeret hele vejen.

Returneringen foregår hurtigt og gnidningsfrit. Lidt ærgerligt dog at de ikke ombytter varer, de tager dem kun retur, men det lader til at være sådan det er mange steder efterhånden.

Ifm. en enkelt reklamation måtte jeg dog vente længere end forventet - og først da jeg venligt rykkede, kom der skrid i sagen. Herefter blev dagen løst omgående og jeg fik en ny vare tilsendt i bytte for den returnerede defekte.

Great quality products, fast shipping and great support if you need it. All-in-all awesome.

I have been buying from Helikon-tex for many years and always come back

Really badly designed annoying clothing. Longjohns are far too tight round the calves and ankles, and I'm skinny. The cargo pants are made of cardboard and so uncomfortable. Do not purchase this c4ap.

I recently had an operation and got an ostomy (Stomy), and needed a bag for my ostomy supplies 'on the go'. Therefore I bought the Helikon-Tex EDC COMPACT SHOULDER BAG - And it is perfect for this - Great size and quality!

Great store, great products...but shipping quality to Sweden is terrible low. Three times now I have gotten my stuff thrown in the bushes behind the mailbox or om the ground somewhere.
IF that worked better, i would have given 5 stars.
Now...only 1 star, cause i dont know where they deliver it.

Over the years I have had need purchase a great deal of tactical gear, by various manufacturers, and from various outlets. I first bought Helikon-Tex products from 'Military1st', but this time bought direct from the Helikon-Tex website. As always the products are outstanding; the Woodsman Shirt and MBDU Flannel Shirt, top quality materials, designer and performance at an incredible price point. And then there is the service experience; a brilliant, intuitive and easy-to-use website, fast low cost standard shipping, and all items packaged very well. I cannot recommend this manufacturer highly enough, an A1, top notch service. I will be buying again soon, you should too. BTG
