delivered 1/2 the goods
delivered 1/2 the goods, then refuse to reply customer service email, then reply to online review say they plan to reply in 2 weeks , well that not much good , and 2 weeks passed still no reply , so have to be charge back, so wont be shop there again

Cant cancel subscriptions online. You have to join a queue and call them. Just another bit of friction to irritate us and get more money out of us .

My mum has dementia. Healthspan refused to stop her subscription.
I arrived at my mum’s house today to find around £200 worth of supplements from Healthspan.
My mum has dementia, has been living in residential care for a year and no longer has capacity to manage things like subscriptions.
One of the products in the delivery was vitamins for her dog.
Her dog died three years ago.
I immediately phoned Healthspan, explained that my mum has dementia, is in a care home and lacks capacity, and asked them to stop the subscription.
I was told they couldn’t help me because of data protection.
I completely understand that they cannot disclose my mum’s personal information to me without the appropriate legal authority. I wasn’t asking them to.
I was informing them that a vulnerable customer no longer has capacity to manage her subscription and asking them to stop taking her money and sending products she clearly isn’t using.
What concerns me enormously is that there appeared to be no safeguarding process beyond telling me they couldn’t help because of data protection.
If you have an elderly or vulnerable relative who has previously bought products from Healthspan, I would strongly recommend checking whether they have subscriptions still running.
I would also like Healthspan to explain what its procedure is when it is informed that a customer has lost capacity, because today’s experience has left me extremely concerned.

We absolutely never want a vulnerable customer to be left in a position like this, and I’m concerned to read about your experience. While we do need to see a valid lasting power of attorney before making changes to an account, we should always handle situations involving capacity and safeguarding with care, clarity, and support — not leave you feeling dismissed.

Misleading delivery info and appalling customer service
Delivery information on the order and the site doesn’t match what customer service tells you
I ordered from Healthspan because I was given an estimated delivery date of 24–25 September. When it didn’t arrive, customer service repeatedly told me I had to allow 7 working days for delivery.
The problem is that Healthspan’s own delivery page says UK delivery is approximately 3–4 working days. There is no mention of allowing 7 days. An agent eventually explained that their system won’t take further action until 7 working days have passed — an internal policy that isn’t communicated to customers.
Delays happen, but what isn’t acceptable is giving customers one expectation when they order, then relying on a different, undisclosed policy when something goes wrong.
I spent nearly three hours being passed between agents trying to get this simple point acknowledged. The closest I got to an apology was: “Apologies that you were not aware about our delivery policy.”
It's Healthspan’s responsibility to make customers aware of its policies.
I’ve now asked to cancel the order and get a refund. A completely avoidable and deeply frustrating experience.

You’re absolutely right that our delivery page states an estimated timeframe of 3–4 working days for UK orders. The additional 7 working days referenced by our customer service team is usually shown on the email we send confirming the dispatch of the order.
We understand how important it is that the information on our website, order confirmation emails, and customer service guidance all align. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can improve the clarity of our delivery messaging and ensure customers aren’t given mixed expectations.
