H D S Plumbing & Heating Ltd Recenzje

Excellent job, very professional workman. Customer service before and after was superb.

Great team at HDS - Lewis kept me updated about his arrival; did all the boiler checks and updated the paperwork AND fixed the toilet seat!!
Many thanks 🙏

Excellent from start to finish. Helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, great communications and value for money! We received a reccommendation for HDS from friends who had a boiler installed, and are very pleased to have gone with them.

Rang my usual company no answer left a message no response. Recommended Hds and rang them they responded to me immediately and sent someone within 30 minutes. Fantastic service and great people. Highly appreciated their quick response

I would recommend HDS for your plumbing and heating repairs, installation and other services.
Right from when I made contact, an initial appointment was booked.Harry arrived on time, shed light on the variety of boilers from the professionally put together information booklet and this was very helpful in making an informed decision.

The office (Michelle and Jodie) kept me updated and communicated clearly on what the job would entail and when the engineers would arrive.

Harry was honest, professional and exemplary in the work carried out.
As a matter of fact, they made the whole process of replacing our old boiler less stressful which is rare from my experience.

The other members of the team Jamie and Ryan are so polite and customer service oriented and did an excellent job.

HDS also provided us with fan heaters to keep us warm while the work was going on.

HDS made the difference and we are so pleased with the whole experience.

I would advise you to look no further. The solution is with HDS.Give them a call and you will have no regrets.

Great emergency service for a burst pipe. Lovely and friendly both on the phone and in person. Would highly recommend 5 ⭐️

Service carried out on time and am completely satisfied.

HDS stepped in when Boxt let me down at short notice and they installed a new boiler the next day. I'm happy to recommend them.

Well done to all at HDS plumbing and heating. You were efficient, friendly and helpful. Your response times were well in line with expectations after I had discovered I'd got a problem with the boiler and central heating. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Only one slight critisism would be the cost but better to pay a little more for a good job rather than a little less for shoddy job.

En-suite shower room recently re-fitted by HDS and looks stunning. The team were punctual, reliable and 100% professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing or heating job, large or small.

We chose HDS from several quotes for a change from a regular boiler to a combi boiler system and are glad we did.
Queries and amendments to the original quote were answered quickly, minor adjustments during the installation were handled without issue, and a small post-install issue resolved within hours.
Thanks to Harry for the quote, and Steve & Lewis for the install.
Safe to say we will use them again.

New Boiler. Very Polite and a great job.

Excellent local plumbing & heating company. Excellent communication, good prices offering great value and a high quality of workmanship. Will be using again.

Contacted HDS regarding a problem with our hot water. From the first phone call they were friendly and helpful. Both lads that came round to firstly fix diagnose the problem and secondly to fix the problem were friendly and kept us nformed throughout the process. Extremely thankful that HDS fitted us in so we had hot water over Easter break. Will definitely use again if we have a problem and certainly recommend to any else.

The team from HDS arrived on time and completed all works to the schedule they outlined.

HDS provided us with excellent service while installing our new boiler. We contacted them through the Worcester Bosch website. There was a last minute supply issue which complicated matters but HDS dealt with it smoothly, providing us with options and we ended up with a better system than planned. They honoured their quote in spite of the extra effort, installed when they said they would, dealt with bricking up after moving the flue and we had great communications from the office manager who kept us informed at every stage.

You don't install a boiler often and I was looking for a professional company that wouldn't mess me about and knew what they are doing. I am very pleased that I chose HDS and would highly recommend them.

A great service was provided. Jodie was very helpful & responded to my emails quickly.
Sam the engineer was polite, tidy and got in with the job in hand.
Will use again! Thank you

Very helpful and efficient. Jay (Cornwall) was professional and friendly. Very pleased with the work done which has sorted out a terrible mess and turned into a fully working digital system.
