Shower
From start to finish there was no communication, plumber turned up without letting me know, then I had to come home from work early , took several visits & then had you send two others out to complete the job as shower was not connected properly & workmanship was not great.
I do understand things happen but this was rather disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and the number of visits required, and we understand how frustrating this would have been—especially where it resulted in you needing to return home from work. For that, we are sorry.
To provide some context, when we first attended in September we addressed the most urgent issue identified at that visit and subsequently provided a quotation for the follow-on works, as a new power shower was required. During the installation visit for the new shower, an unforeseen issue was identified—a leaking elbow connection within the wall. This pipework was part of the existing system and had not been installed by us. Unfortunately, issues like this can only become apparent once fixtures are removed, particularly when working with older or existing pipework.
A further visit was therefore required to repair the pipework and reinstate the tiling. While we always aim to complete jobs in a single visit, there are occasions where additional time or parts are needed to ensure the work is carried out safely and correctly. In such cases, we arrange follow-up visits as promptly as possible.
Regarding engineer attendance, our standard offering is AM or PM appointments, but we do our best to accommodate customers’ work and personal commitments. When a more restrictive time window is required, engineer scheduling constraints mean it is not always possible for the same engineer, which is our preferred approach, to attend every visit. We appreciate that this may have added to the inconvenience and apologise for this.
We are pleased that the works were ultimately completed, but we recognise that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been noted and will be used to help us improve communication and service delivery going forward.

HDS installed new Worcester combi boiler last year.Perfect installation at very competive price.Efficient boiler reflected in substantial reduction in my gas bill.
Just had first service,booked and confirmed.Day of service message received to say Tate the engineer on his way.Service carrier out and Tate explained everything he was doing.
