Don't use these guys, they really are tricksters... take your money and then don't do anything to assist with your job search.
You are given access to basic websites, which you could search for yourself, they give you advise which contradicts professional career advisors. Lots of cancelled meetings and absolutely no leads, the two roles they sent to me were not what I was looking for, despite me having several discussions with them regarding my preferences (the few times we spoke).
Do not use!

I can't believe they are still scamming people! They are despicable people by taking advantage of job-seekers in such a vulnerable time.
The structure of their e-mail, website, phone call, meetings is text-book of a fraudulent sale.
Check other reviews in Trustpilot as they have changed names several times. They have used HCP, HPLO, HTCE. Search for apollo-transitions and you'll get an array of bad reviews from people that were contacted by them and even payed for nothing.
Please avoid. Best of luck with your job-search elsewhere.

Remember those old “talent/modelling agencies” from the 80s? That would take parents money to make their kids the next big name, then do nothing? Selling dreams they had no way of making happen? That’s what this is, but for recruitment.
Also listed here as Apollo transitions. But they must have asked trust pilot to stop all further reviews. All 1 star apart from obviously fake excellent ones.
Call out of the blue after putting CV on total jobs (they even claimed to own total jobs - they don’t) to say can help me in my job search. Meeting arranged next day, in Regus serviced offices in Leeds. Yet their name doesn’t appear on the list of companies in reception. Advised the “director” Mr Russell would do some preparation work beforehand.
Strangely he told me we only had 40 minutes, I guess they’d only rented the room by the hour and he needed time to clear the fake family photos away.
No business card provided. No drink. They claim to have offices nationwide but they’re all Regus hired ones. He mentioned a Morley head office and I said I could have gone there rather than train, but he said they didn’t have meeting rooms. (I’ve worked with proper recruitment firms for 20 years, they all have meeting rooms)
Launches into spiel about how 80% of jobs are “hidden” they have special insight, will do detailed analysis of me and my skills, coach me and mentor me. That job sites are useless for getting past algorithms and other recruiters are too narrow minded. That they work so closely with me as a candidate that is the reason they charge the candidate to get the right fit for the candidate. Now I’ve been headhunted 3 times, and I know recruiters have made a lot out of placing me, but I also know they wouldn’t risk their reputation by getting it wrong.
So out of the 40 minutes time, this director has yapped on for 30 minutes before giving me a chance to speak. So much for his preparation - he knew nothing, but blagged about CVs only saying so much.
As I’m talking, and I can talk a fair bit, he starts interrupting to move things on.
Not even halfway through and he’s moved onto getting next appointment in when we can go more in depth, talk about fees, what they can do for me, vague guarantees.
Lo and behold, he’s got a sudden cancellation for the next morning.
Agree to book in. 30 minutes journey home,
do some digging and unearth everything said on Trust pilot, totally contradicting the five star reviews on their vague website.
£3k plus VAT, they don’t do anything like they claim. Meeting cancelled immediately with a big sigh of relief. Preying on vulnerable, job seeking parents is utterly despicable. They should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid like the plague.
