Pam and all the team are so great they go above and beyond.

First time using this company after many recommendations and I was very impressed. The service received from the agent (Laura) was outstanding. She was able to book exactly the holiday we wanted with no issues whatsoever.

Very knowledgeable lady, Sarah, made the process of booking a holiday very simple. Everything explained and nothing left for us to worry about.

Another successful visit to Hays and as always, Sarah was a star and looked after us very well despite having to find out how to redeem a voucher which wasn't easy. Nothing is straight forward when we arrive! Abbey did a sterling job sorting out all my old past currency from long forgotten holidays. Unfortunatley my dream of coming away as a mini millionaire was dashed as a lot of the currency was out of date so I eneded up with less than £10. I will be able to get a coffee though.

Natalie was helpful and showed initiative, she said she would send on all the information via email to save us having to wait for an indeterminate amount of time before someone answered the phone which she promptly did.

Hays Yeovil have always been professional and courteous, since my first visit when I wanted my first holiday, other travel agents just seemed uninterested or clueless. Hays have always kept in contact and always delivered. Won’t go anywhere else

I rarely leave reviews, but the sheer lack of accountability and professionalism shown by Hays Travel has compelled me to speak out.

Our recent holiday booked through Hays Travel was nothing short of a nightmare. The information they provided was clearly lifted directly from the EasyJet website, with zero effort made to verify the facts. This lazy and careless approach led to a completely misleading representation of the accommodation.

Upon arrival, my family and I were shocked to find ourselves assigned to a room that was not only unsuitable but downright unsafe — filled with mould and crawling with cockroaches. When we raised our concerns, the response was dismissive and insulting from the hotel. The alternative room offered was only suitable for two people — despite us being a family — but apparently, we should have been grateful because “at least it was clean.”

This experience has left us feeling utterly let down. This was bought the attention of Hays Travel upon our return and they showed no genuine concern for our wellbeing, no willingness to take responsibility, and certainly no understanding of what customer service should look like. Their contempt for basic standards and their customers is staggering.

Avoid at all costs.

Pam at the Yeovil office provided us with all info we needed and assisted greatly with amending a holiday we had already booked as well as helping us book another trip.

Everything went smoothly

The service we recieved in store for talking and booking our cruise, particularly from Anna was very good, we felt listened too, she was very informative and knowledgeable, she gave us serveral quotes and different options, and showed us where cabins were on decks, we did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. We would recommend Hayes Travel in Yeovil to family and friends.
