Knowledgeable advisor who dealt efficiently with our group travel arrangements and offered a great deal on overnight hotel accommodation at our departure airport.

We have gone back time and time again, brilliant service. Staff have great knowledge about holidays. Sarah B was brilliant last night, went in looking for another holiday and came out with an alternative, very happy. Shout out to Alison and Eleanor who are also our go too girls. Thanks again Hays travel you take out the stress of booking our holidays each year.

We always book our holidays with Hays of Teeside, and deal with their representative Alyson. She has in depth knowledge of tourism and the customers requirements. She is very helpful an efficient with a lovely manner and will go beyond to provide the customer with their wishes. She is a credit to Hays Travel.

Fantastic experience from the off, cup of coffee and friendly staff prior to our appt while we waited. Chantel went the extra mile to help us find the perfect booking for our honeymoon and was completely transparent with everything can’t thank her enough for her time! Phoned the next day to pay deposit which was handled by Sarah, straight forward and again she went above and beyond to help too-Will definitely be coming back to book in the future! Bonus was meeting father Xmas in the pop up stall!
