Big shout out to Stacey and her colleagues. Popped in on the off chance we could grab a late deal. We answered a few questions and had a chat about our criteria and she was off. She clearly read us well and was able to supply us with a variety of options from which were able to choose a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Stacey was knowledgeable, interested and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Importantly she went the extra mile, anticipated our needs, and didn’t mess about.
The booking process was simple and went without a hitch.
A good team effort, thank you.

Lauren was particularly helpful and patient with us, we are both in our 70’s.
She was at lunch when we made a return visit and was happy to deal with us in a professional and caring manner.
She explained the options available and arrived at a package which we we were very happy with.

The members of Hays Travel in Tavistock were brilliant. They helped us to choose a cruise, showing us where the different cabins were on the ship plan.
