Hays Travel - Swansea Recenzje 

We were considering cancelling our Middle East holiday with 3 days before travelling to Doha due to the toxic climate between Iran and Donald Trump . Air craft carriers were in the Persian Gulf and there was an imminent threat of war there. I looked at alternatives as we had 3 days before our allotted sun break .
I contacted Hayes travel and met Caroline the manager and updated our predicament .

She was understanding and empathetic and provided options for me to go away and research.

Further dialogue the following day and further advice was provided by Caroline leaving Saturday morning to finalise ,and to fully book an alternative holiday and pay , only to leave the following morning at 2 am . Her professional was exemplary and exceptional. She steered me through the booking process with aplomb and ease and I am know writing this in the sun in Tenerife all thanks to a brilliant professional who went the extra mile . John Davies.

I have booked four holidays with Hays two of which i am to take this year my experience with the staff is that they are wonderful and very helpfull.

Staff are brilliant in Swansea jays I've been booking holidays for some years and not been dissapointed staff go that further mile for you. And find the right holiday and if you have a buguet I would recommend a vist.
