Natalie my travel consultant was very helpful .Id shown her a holiday I’d seen on Facebook and asked her to see if she could find it .It turned out out that holiday was a bit dodgy.Any Natalie found one similar to what I wanted and met all my requirements.

The consultant I initially made my enquiry with was very helpful, went out of her way to find specialist holiday information for me.
Our complicated booking was sorted out quickly even though we required a date change.
I have used Hays on previous booking and so they were first choice for this booking too.

Pleasant staff. 3 star due to being told by one branch I could get assistance from any other branch. When I went into another branch I was told because each branch has its own atol code they were verry limited on how they could assist
