Had an excellent experience at Hays Stockton Heath. Diane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Normally I book all our holidays but I was feeling overwhelmed. Diane made it very easy for us and helped get all our requests. Thank you so much - our holiday is only 7 weeks away. Hopefully all goes well and we will certainly be back to Hays.
