Hays Travel - South Woodham Ferrers Recenzje

Booked our summer holiday with Sarah from Hays South Woodham Ferrers - I couldn’t fault the service in any way she was amazing!!

So easy to book with - would definitely recommend!!

Very helpful

Third time I have now booked through hays (Charlie specifically)

With all 3 holidays I have been very very specific and changed my mind, sent through about 10 hotels and she is always happy to help me with recommendations, what’s around and reviews! I love the little personal touch and her helping me to find everything I want from the holiday, always at a better price than other travel companies!

When in Greece in September the transfer company hadn’t sent correct details of the coach back to the airport, this was a Sunday afternoon Charlie still helped and got this sorted!

Wouldn’t book a holiday without Charlie now☺️

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Five star as always. Kay was excellent knows our preferences. Can always rely on her for her professional approach to our holiday requirements.

I went to Hays Travel because I had very bespoke needs for my wife’s big birthday. Everything I wanted was available and some additional items suggested by the agent that will make our trip even more memorable.

Agent was very helpful and answered all questions clearly. Offered support with all aspects of booking both now and in the future.

Kay handled our booking very well. She showed extreme patience when we could not book our first choice. She advised us on other aspects of our holiday, giving us very good advice which we accepted. Would highly recommend her to other customers as well as all the other staff in the branch

Very helpful staff very upbeat makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and a pleasure to deal with couldn't be nicer 1st class should make your company very proud

I went in to see if I was able to book show tickets and Hotel combined for a party of 10. Sarah went over and above to find the ideal package.
The team at South Woodham Ferrers are all happy, cheerful and welcoming.

Sarah is fantastic, she understands our needs, talks through the options and books the perfect holiday which meets our needs.

Very welcoming team at Hays South Woodham Ferrers, and everyone is super helpful. Indi took time to build a wonderful holiday for us, and we are really excited with the package she put together. Thanks as always to all the team for their great help!

Charlie found us our holiday of a lifetime. We always use this branch as opposed to one nearer. Love the vibe and friendliness of all the staff. Charlie is a brilliant member of the team and we never feel rushed or pressured. Special mention to Kaye. We are now on our third year of Turkey after her recommendations.

Staff very helpful

Very helpful, friendly and efficient

Professional knowledgeable and courteous

We have booked through Hays travel several times now and always find it so easy and comforting to speak to someone face to face. Indi looked at many options and prices and managed to arrange a suitable price for our cruise.

Always a pleasure to book holidays at south Woodham shop. Charley and India are usually the staff we deal with but all the staff are so efficient, friendly and helpfull. We are in our 70’s and they do everything for us and make booking so stress free for us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else first class. Mr & Mrs Driver

Staff were able to help us choose the best deal available for us. I needed to book airport assistance, disabled facilities and private transfers, all of my requests were no trouble at all.
