Donna , as all the staff at Shanklin Hays are always helpful, friendly and go out of their way to get you the holiday you want.
Would not use any other travel agent.

As the Shanklin branch had all my details from previous holidays. I was able to book over the telephone. Teresa was extremely helpful explaining any questions I had. An e-mail arrived soon after detailing my booking.

Sarah made our booking very easy..
We decided on a 7 day Cruise to Spain and France..She found an inside cabin that will suit our needs for what we want..and sorted everything else out for us...We have every confidence that everything will go smoothly ..Hays Travel

Hays , shanklin branch on the Isle of Wight has a great team of people , very helpful ,and knowledgeable, just booked another trip with them (thanks Teresa) safe in the knowledge that I can just pop in if I have any queries regarding the trip, and I will be met with a smiling face and first class service.
