The member of staff was training ,we felt confident that she new all aspects of our booking and it went very smoothly.

This was my first time using Hays…
This was my first time using Hays Travel as I have not been on a proper holiday for about 30 years. I had decided to look into having a proper holiday and plucked up the courage to go. the staff at hays were very friendly on arrival we talked about what i was thinking and what might work for me. it was appent to me that if i did not book something I would probably not do it so went ahead and booked a 4 day cruise. This being a taster and will be back to book more.

Hays+Holly=a great holiday
My wife and I always use Hays and especially Holly our advisor.
Holly knows what we like and has always delivered on price and quality with no pushy sales tactics.
All in all a really nice experience.

Fantastic recommendation for the hotel. Ticked all boxes we wanted at a great price. The staff were all extremely helpful and did everything and even checked us in. 5 star hotel and 5 star service, thanks Hays Salisbury.

Excellent staff
The staff, in particular Chelsea, are knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason it is not a 5 is the length of time we have to spend.

I spoke to a member of staff and within a couple of minuets I was given a quote for holiday in surance which I was pleased to accept and alli had to do was pay for it . Thank you.
