Geoff is the most helpful, kindest and very experienced agent. I don’t live locally but make a special journey to go to Hays travel agent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Gemma and Helen were incredibly helpful…

Gemma and Helen were incredibly helpful and attentive and understood our requirements perfectly. They looked at alternative packages to see if the flight dates suited us better and they were carful to ensure that we weren’t close to nightclubs and bars as we’re pensioners!

Booking summer holidays

We have booked through Hays Travel previously. Helen in Rickmansworth gave use relevant advice, helped us come to a quick decision and efficiently administered the bookings. Superb service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service!

Geoff was great, so helpful and friendly and we managed to book the holiday straight away, thanks to his speedy working and expertise - nothing was too big an ask for him.

Helen and Nicky were also so lovely in helping entertain our lively 3 year old whilst we completed the paperwork.

Staff were very freindly and Helpful

Staff were very freindly, patient and helpful and were able to meet our exacting requirements. I would thoroughly recommend Hays in Rickmansworth and will definitely be using them again.
