Excellent service from the Hays Presto
Sophie in the Preston branch has been extremely helpful with our last two holiday bookings. When we were unable to travel to our last holiday due to unforeseen events Sophie stepped in and arranged a full refund and a new holiday within a few hours.

Very easy from beginning to end. I knew I wanted Rome & which hotel beforehand.
