The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area having been on holiday herself to the same place.
Staff are not pushy and we were allowed to use our Jet2 vouchers as a discount

I have booked a cruise for the first time and was not happy with the cabin I was allocated I phoned hays and got it sorted very quickly I do understand I got an upgrade which was £80 more but the manager refunded £40 just as a warning when booking for first time check out cabins before you book it

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, helpful and genuinely caring. Everything was handled smoothly, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.
What really stood out to me was their flexibility. After I had already booked, I needed to change my hotel, and they sorted it without any fuss at all. It’s rare to find a company that is so accommodating once payment has been made, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me.
It made the whole process completely stress-free, which is exactly what you want when organising a trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, excellent service.

Absolutely amazing service as always
Absolutely amazing service as always. Gail is so friendly and helpful, we love coming into the shop to book our holidays with her. All the staff at Morrisons Preston are a credit to the business. Always a good atmosphere and nothing seems too much trouble. Much prefer face to face to booking online.
