My wife and I have used Hays Travel before and were delighted with the service we received. Once again the high Street store at Prestatyn was warm and welcoming and Joanne couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Our holiday for 2027 is now all booked and we can relax knowing everything is taken care of to ensure a wonderful holiday!

The staff so helpful and give you options that probably you would not even thought of going.
Got everything we wanted country. Hotel dining options . Room. Can't do better than that.

Very helpful especially after my experience in January regarding having to fly back to uk mid flight with what was going on in Venezuela helped me get my money back for what I spent on hotels taxis etc lovely staff and service in my local Prestatyn shop

Called into Hays branch in Prestatyn to enquire about a cruise we had seen advertised. Staff were very helpful, answered all of our questions and we booked the cruise there and then.
