Our agent Issy couldn't do enough for us in booking our trip to the Maldives. She spent so much time looking for different hotels for our budget. Also Kim chipped in with more ideas for our trip. We, knew the resort and hotel we wished to book.
TIlly ,was very helpful in advising us on day we should go,as we were a little unsure.
She went through all the booking process explaining each step.
Asked us about extras, seating,carpark and fast track.
She booked them for us ,with patients as we can be undecided on things.
The staff at Hays in prenton are Professional ,friendly and very patient.
