Service did not meet my needs since I was misinformed
The service I received was all good and kind however I do not think it was very person centred. I did inform the consultant that I can travel by train to the airport and she reassured me I would be able to get a train in the morning. Booking was done but I got home and realised that this was not necessarily true. There was indeed no trains that could leave Portsmouth early enough for me to arrive on time for the flight. Longstory short, I have to make arrangement to book a hotel stay near the airport.

The staff at Hays Portsmouth are great
The staff at Hays Portsmouth are great, sorted all my needs (I am disabled).
I need a mobility scooter for my stay, the hotel (Innside by Melia) have stated that I have to book a scooter through them to confirm a charging point, I have written to them twice, once in English, once in Spanish, no response from the hotel I will be at the agency tomorrow to cancel the holiday

Great friendly service
Carly was very good with help from Courtney and Jonathon. NYC break gave us an improved deal compared to our research. Second holiday gave us good options and we booked again. We always book here and enjoy talking to them.
