You won’t be disappointed
Always happy to book our holiday at the Pontefract Branch. These bunch of ladies are so welcoming as soon as you go through the door and take a seat. It doesn’t matter if you are in the shop 2hrs they will keep helping you till you are satisfied 100% in booking your holiday. We had no idea where we wanted to go…
We had no idea where we wanted to go for a last minute week away
Alison spent time searching and gave us plenty of choice and found us a holiday that was right for us and at the right price.
We were checked in and even parking and an overnight hotel booked, so all we need to do now is Pack and get to the airport.

We always use Hayes because they make booking holidays so easy and quick. Emily at Pontefract is so friendly and experienced. She offers lots of advice and looks for the best options to suit us.
