This is the second time I have used
Rebecca Kent personal travel consultant through Hays travel and again not disappointed. Amazing service as usual nothing is a problem to her and she keeps you up date all the way and explains everything. Very happy customer again.

Sara helped me along the way booking for my wife’s 50th, always in contact either by email or phone, really appreciate the advice and help.

Mica made it very easy for me to book very polite considerate to my needs replied to me with information about my holiday, booking process was very easy to doie paying deposit within a couple of minutes had an email from mica saying it was all booked confirmed depoait any problems dont hesitate to ask

Contacted Sarah Jones for another holiday and she came up trumps as always , she has booked me and my partner yet another holiday with our requirements and we can’t wait to go to the algarve in less then 2weeks. Wouldn’t use anyone else she knows what we require and always finds it.

operator pretended he had found a special deal for us with jet 2.when so checked on line with jet 2it was available to anybody and cheaper..However to make amends he did manage to improve the deal so it was better than iet2 direct so we booked it with you

We recently booked our trip to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas through Benjamin Mahoney at Hay’s Travel, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, Benjamin was extremely helpful and full of useful suggestions, particularly from his own experiences of travelling. He was incredibly quick at finding us some of the best and most affordable flights and hotels, and every hotel we stayed in across San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas was excellent. Despite having fantastic reviews and high ratings, they were all very reasonably priced, which made a huge difference to the overall trip.

One thing that really stood out was how helpful Benjamin was when we discovered an error with our flights very close to the holiday. He managed to help correct the issue and save me a significant amount of money and a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle. His responses were always very prompt, which is even more impressive considering he is cabin crew himself and travels a lot.

What made the experience even better was that Benjamin genuinely took an interest in our holiday while we were away. He would check in to see how we were getting on, ask where we had been and recommend places for us to visit based on his own experiences. It felt like we were getting advice from someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible holiday, rather than simply someone who had booked our flights and hotels.

We had an amazing time in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and I would definitely book through Benjamin again. I’ve already passed his details on to multiple friends and family members, and I’m actually in the process of looking at booking another holiday with him.
