Finding HELPFULNESS!!!not the opposite
I chose Hays Travel in Ormskirk as I find one of the staff in Southport particularly unhelpful and quite condescending!!
Therefore I cannot risk getting 'him'.
As soon as we walked in Hays Travel Ormskirk,the atmosphere was welcoming and Erika was 5 star helpful and patient until we found what we wanted.
Helpfulness and NO condescending attitude is a massive plus!!Would recommend this store

We’ve booked with Hays Ormskirk for three years now, and always with Jayne.
We couldn’t have been happier with the choices Jayne guided us to make. She listens so well to what we want our holiday to be and has found us the perfect place each time.
