Cruise advice
We knew exactly what we wanted to book, a cruise, but had a few questions. We have done almost 30 cruises but none with Ambassador. Chloe helped us choose the best available cabin based on her knowledge of the company.
Only downside was the wait time; the branch is clearly very popular.

Great experience
Great experience. Ella was very attentive and understood out requests from the start, applied our discounts and booked both cruises 🚢 with no issues. The shop wasn’t busy so was dealt with straight away and very happy with the results

Laurence was really knowledgable, friendly, gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do whilst there, left with a holiday to look forward to in 4 months time, he was fantastic! We only popped in as the TUI rep across the road left us feeling rather deflated, glad we did!
