Excellent service initially from Erin and then yesterday from Mark the manager. We have booked several holidays with you and shall continue to so do
Pleased with our holiday arrangements and also the fact that Mark is happy to print out our boarding passes and give me paper documents as I much prefer documents that way. We shall of course be checking the exchange rates before we go and I remain positive that Hay's rates will beat anyone else!! Very efficient service and our apartment seems to have all we require for an excellent Spanish holiday. Now just waiting to be contacted by Mark to let me know all documents are either printed for us or are already printed. First class.
