We dealt with an agent at Hays in Morecambe called Chloe. All we can say is how professional and welcoming she was. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she secured our trip to Prague and dealt with all the tech on our phones for us (we do not have the skills to do it!!).

Becca the travel agent was fantastic
