Martin Wylie ia amazing I cannot praise him.enough if there were more stars I would give them as 5 stars isn't enough ..I have used Martin 3 times now for booking my holidays he cannot do enough for you , always there on the end of the phone, and emails answered very quickly . My recent trip to Venice I had a problem with the water taxi service from Venice City to At Marco Airport I called Martin straight away and he sorted this out , he spoke to the receptionist in the hotel to confirm they had not recieved a email from the company...I will aways use Marin and would recommend him to family and friends..thank you Martin you are a star .. Martin was fantastic, from sending him a message to our cruise being booked within hours! Just to put into context, I had been searching for what felt like the impossible for months - an accessible cabin on any cruise liner for summer 2026. With this being our first cruise with our disabled daughter I needed to ensure the cabin would be fully wheelchair accessible. Martin’s wealth of knowledge put me at ease and he sorted absolutely everything so quickly! I will not be hesitating to book with Martin again in the future! Thank you!

Computer Issues but amazing service from Martin
The expertise from Martin himself is 5 star. He is always happy to amend a quotation based on our preferences (we booked a wonderful holiday with him last year also). However, after receiving 3 options for our favourite multi centre holiday recently, the next day we revisited and it had increased substantially which we were not prepared to pay and had intended to not book. A few hours later, Martin contacted me having queried it himself and there had been a 'glitch' and the holiday was indeed the same price we had been quoted the previous evening. It was very misleading and Hays almost lost a significant sum. Pleased it was rectified quickly and we have booked exactly as we wanted. Martin is very informative and helpful, can't fault his assistance.
