Liam gave us sound advice about the holiday we were interested in. He was friendly, professional and wasn't frightened to ask more experienced staff for advice.

We have been booking our travels with hays for quite a few years and have never been any thing but happy the staff are so helpful and really put them selves out for you.

We have used Hays Lymington for many years, we find the staff very polite and helpful, nothing is to much trouble and they are happy to answer any questions or queries however big or small and always with a smile.

The help & advice we were given was fabulous, nothing was too much & the time Liam gave us was very helpful. In fact we actually booked a holiday through Hays Travel at a destination we were shown. The two other lady reps in the office were also very helpful & friendly. Will definitely go back there again.

We were nervous about booking a cruise online as we're new to cruising. We'd looked at a few cruises but found it complicated becauseof all the options available. We found Liam to be very helpful and he suggested adding three days in a hotel at the end of the cruise which actually worked out cheaper than the cruise only choice.

Catherine who took our booking could not have been better. She was friendly and understood what we wanted. She explained all the choices with humour and no fuss - this will be our first cruise.
