I couldn’t have asked for more. Even advised me on how to plan and pay in an affordable way for next year. Will be back to book again soon.

We came in for a short European break, we weren't sure exactly which hotel or date and Emma spent a long time with us going through various options such as one or two rooms, hotel site, etc. And her expertise meant we ended up with breakfast for almost the same price. Hays are always so helpful and nothing is too much bother. Always much better than trying to book ourselves
