From start to finish Sonia was amazing nothing was to much trouble not only the holiday she found us reasonable overnight hotel and parking at Manchester Airport.

helpful staff to our request to check…
Sonia listened to our request to check out the Blue Light offer(although she wasn't sure about it having not negotiated with Fred Olsen before) and as a result we have gained £200 on board credit. Sonia was also helpful in helping us to choose a cabin, dining etc.

Sonia Trevorrow who dealt with our most recent booking was exceptionally perfect in covering all details of our booking,
She is well mannered, very polite great explanatory covering all aspects of what we required and did our booking meeting all the right requirements with a speedy process, she provided callback with updates about our booking and processed all the information and documentation promptly,
A credit to the company.

Good value for money

Went to allerton road liverpool and from start ti finish was excepinal
We wer greated by a nice lady called sonia even though she was dealing with customers she still said hi and sorry about the wait
Got price and went along raod to another travel agent but went back to heys as it was more.warlming and better attmospher
