I was messaging Gemma at the Leeds branch regarding various New York trips and Gemma was very patient and finally I decided in New York for new years 2026. Gemma never failed to tell me anything she was quick on the ball sorted everything out with ease. I highly recommend dealing with Gemma at any time - great service 😉

Dropped in to Hayes Merrion Center spoke to Ryan who listened carefully to what we wanted, understood , went through our options made recommendations. We made our choice he took us seamlessly through booking. Friendly professional and most importantly listened as we are older our requirements are different to someone younger. Highly recommend.

I was over charged for my cruise after been told the price was held as long as a deposit was paid. When I called Hays to challenge this Chole was extremely rude to me and gave out incorrect information about the cruise. Which contradicted information given to a family member who is in charge of arranging the whole cruise. Although this matter was resolved when another family member attended the branch. I am appalled by Chloe’s attitude during the booking process. Everyone makes mistakes but messing around with peoples money in that way is just not on.
