Pleasant staff but not very good info.
Pleasant staff, OK but not especially well informed about location and communication between staff not that reliable. My hotel was severely deficient and they should have been aware of this. (date of my booking a bit approximate)

I appreciate that the hotel was not up to your expectations and was a very different to your normal hotel experience. With all the tools available to us we would not have been able to give you all the information at time of booking regarding reception and breakfast options that the hotel offered .

I have never booked a holiday on my own
I have never booked a holiday on my own, my daughter normally does it. I was very nervous. The minute I walked into Hays the staff were warm and friendly and made me very welcome. Aimee was very helpful and got the exact holiday I was looking for.
She had patience of a saint.
nothing was to much trouble. Definitely will be using Hays again.
