Called in to look at royal Caribbean cruises and spoke with Stacey. She was very knowledgeable and took time to go through all the options with us. She sorted everything out for us, took the hassle out of doing it ourselves.

Being able to talk, in depth, clarifying my thoughts unflustered. Supportive suggestions to give alternatives to initial choices for destinations. All enquiries and options explored and improved when necessary. The budget guidance was kept in mind, without pressure to go over the limit. Time spent deciding on main features to ensure the trip was tailored to desired expectations.

The staff were helpful knowledgeable and friendly offering various holidays when we didn't have any idea what where we wanted to go for a holiday We came away with information no pressure to book and we then booked the following day to go to a country we had never consider but felt confident with staff providing facts regarding the trip.
