Very quick, professional service,got holiday booked,well informed throughout!

Ava was excellent, got my holiday sorted quickly and exactly what I asked for. All the girls at Hays are always fantastic and make sure you're well looked after when getting your holiday or currency sorted

Jemma our advisor was very helpful and very professional with advice of where we wanted to go and went out her way to make sure we got everything we needed from the future holiday we decided to book. Very happy with what we finally booked.

Window shopping took us to Hays Travel in Falkirk. We met Mariam who patiently showed us various offers in our price range. She was a quietly confident young person who listened to us without being pushy. She explained all options to us and what we could expect from the company. We came away really happy with our choice and hopefully will be back later in the year to book another holiday. Everything under one roof and no drama. Comfortable space and privacy. Thank you.

Ava and Victoria were very knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry about a cruise very efficiently. Booking did not open until the following day so they said they would complete the booking and get back to me by 9 the next morning and they did. Their service was professional and friendly. I will use them to book future holidays.

Really positive booking experience. Dealt with Ava who spent a couple of days obtaining hotel information and quotes for various dates and flight options.
