Went in looking for reasonable price holiday Kat who dealt with us was extremely helpful sorted out my special needs for travelling
Will certainly be returning for our next getaway

Always a great service

When we went in the shop late in day the girl's still had a still for us . We already new we're we wanted to go but they was friendly chatting to us and offered us a drink .Holiday booked asked us if we wanted holiday insurance and went through it all nothing to much trouble.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my holiday

From moment of walking in store we were greeted by staff,made to feel welcome and were listend to on all points whitch made the whole experience enjoyable well done staff !

From the experience we had with the lovely Tilly, yet again yesterday 1st may 2026, we were very happy yet again with her service, we had called in a week or so previous to book a cruise, the lady who is cruise specialist was off, Tilly who had little experience of this side of the industry took the reins, phoned for someone for advice so she knew she was doing everything right. We decided on this cruise with friends as it was a amazing price, we pre booked and paid deposit, then on the30/4/2026 we recieved a phone call from the lady booking the cruise to say there were no inside cabins accesible left but we could have a balcony cabin, which was accesible but was over 1000 more, and if I wanted it I would have to be quick as there were only 4 left, I spoke with my husband and we agreed we could not afford the price increase, I phoned back to tell the said lady and that was that, I never got a do you want me to look if we have anything else similar going on diffrent date but similar time if year all I got is I have processed a refund with head office for you. I phoned back myself to speak to cruise lady but she was busy I asked the lady who I spoke to could she ask the cruise lady if there were any similar cruises going could she see if any of these had inside accesible cabin, never recieved a call back my friend did to say her cabin had gone up and they needed more deposit, I do know that my friend phoned the store and made a complaint as she was disgusted with the way she was treated, I wish I had done the same as my husband was so upset as he was diagnosed with progressive multiple sclerosis in 2019 after taking ill at work, he said he felt worthless after hays travels phone call and felt he was being penalised for being disabled, then on friday I recieved a email from Tilly said she had been off the previous day and read the notes when she came in. Said she had found another cruise with similar itinerary but was 180 pp more, which is a lot better than over 1000+ more, we went to the store and Tilly sorted everything for us, she did get a little help of another lady who's name we didnt catch, I would not hesitate to book at hays again but only with Tilly, a very big thank you Tilly for saving the day your manager should be extremely proud of you, you saved the day and got us just what we wanted. Katrina was very helpful. What a lovely person. Had lots of time for me. Even when I went in the next day to change things on my holiday. Nothing was to much trouble. She even made me a coffee.

Jess was marvellous as per normal. Printed my tickets for Mays holiday, checked passport details on the 3 holidays we have booked for this year and booked a new holiday for next year. Friendly, professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble 😊
