Yet again the service provided by Joan in the Dunoon branch was outstanding. Everything we asked for was provided and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

Margaret from Hays travel in Dunoon was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the cruises and the ports we were wanting to go on. Anything that she didn't know she contacted the company and got us an answer. We approached her for a price match and she was more than happy to do this for us.
