Fabulous booking experience from a knowledgeable professional.

Very knowledgeable and caring ladies. You can tell they have a real passion for their work. Any question I had was answered within a timely manner, they tailored my quote to be a perfect holiday for our family. We will be certainly rebooking through Deb and Beth again, and will recommend to all as their support and guidance is second to none.

Well my experience with Debbie was a absolute pleasure. After a few WhatsApp messages back an forth I had booked my cruise. 6 days later it was completely confirmed. Then the same day I ask her if she could price match a cruise I seen for the week before the cruise I just booked an within a few hours it was all booked.
With ease and an absolute pleasure were all booked an ready to go our back to back cruise.

Beth is so professional and makes the whole process of booking a holiday so easy. Would highly recommend her and have done to some friends.

Easy to sort, using messenger which saves me time, I’m not able to get to a travel agents with working full time. Able to spread the cost. All questions answered. Fast responses by Beth.

Blocked me on Facebook because I asked (nicely) on an advertised holiday she had posted what the benefit was of booking though Hays was versus just going direct with Jet2 as the exact same holiday with same airport/flight times direct with Jet2 was nearly £180 cheaper.

When I asked another Hays 'travel agent' the same thing they also blocked me so given the way both have treated a prospective customer asking a genuine question it seems they obviously don't won't people to realise they can just book direct with Jet2 and instead take commission on top of a holiday you could just book direct with Jet2.

No doubt these Hays 'Travel agents' have a use if you need advice where they most certainly should earn a commission but if you know where you want to go you may as well just book with Jet2
