Excellent customer service
This is the second time we have booked with Hays and have received excellent service on both occasions.
This most recent booking was with Susan and she has followed up a week or so after the booking to provide all our paperwork and boarding passes. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Would have no hesitation in using Hays again for our next holiday.
