I spoke to Tina on the phone and the next day went in and booked my flight. She explained anything I didn't understand. I left the shop with all my paperwork. She was very professional and patient. I will use Hays travel again.

We went in to Hays travel to get some info on cruises and decided to book there and then. The lady who dealt with is was very professional and friendly. If there was anything she wasn't sure of she contacted the company we are going to travel with to get the info we needed. There wasn't anything that was to much trouble for her. We were able to pay in installments which was great for us. We're all paid up and just waiting now for the journey of a lifetime.
