A friendly welcome but wrong hotel
A friendly welcome and help with decision making for a last minute break. However, we have ended up NOT in the place we were hoping. We booked a hotel in Costa Adeje but it is not in the resort but in Adeje, despite the hotel address. It is not possible to walk into Costa Adeje from where we are. Disappointing outcome but feel Jet 2 need to be advised.

This was the first time I had booked a trip through Hays Broadstone.I dealt with the Branch Manager Emma and found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful giving good advice on the choices available. There was no hard sell. Will use again.

Always a positive experience when booking a holiday with Hays, Broadstone. Have used them many times.
Sue, deputy manager is my go-to person, but all staff equally helpful.
Wouldn't use any other travel agent.

Booking our holiday to Dubai.
Lindsey was so welcoming from the minute we stepped into the shop. She listened to our wishes and found us exactly what we wanted. At no point did she put pressure on us at any point.
Lindsey worked hard to put together our holiday package and to get us the best flight times with the airline we wanted to fly with.
