Staff at Hay's Travel Boscombe, Bournemouth know their local customers very well and therefore can cater to their requirements in a welcoming, efficient manner of the customers needs, requirements and wishes of what they desire from a holiday, regarding location, type of accommodation & what has to be on offer for the customers holiday leisure time. This means they can better tailor the type of holidays offered to each of Hay's customers . It is also a relaxed atmosphere in the branch due to it being local to the branch's customers base & the staff get the opportunity to actually get to know their customers, unlike in large town city centre branches. The staff at Boscombe Hay's Travel Branch are professional, friendly, helpful, I am more than happy to book my holidays in the future with them, as I have done on many occasions including my flights only travelling within the UK.

Lilly was very helpful in our search for the perfect holiday gave several alternatives to choose and went above and beyond to get us the holiday we wanted at a great affordable price even coming in under our budget.

I asked for a quote to Dubai and received a response very quickly the same day, I received the quote not too long after that. I was emailing with Courtney and she was great in helping get the booking completed.

We decided to book our annual holiday this year with Hays travel, I've booked trips with them in the past and always found them helpful and competent. Sharon had done some research and found us an ideal hotel in playa Blanca in Lanzarote with jet2 with whom I've not travelled before. There was some confusion over the transfers which Sharon took up with the jet2 rep and my wife Julie had not taken into account the the increase in price when she asked for an upgrade but we got there in the end and I'm happy with the holiday we've booked and thank Sharon for her patience in sorting out our holiday.

Rosie at Boscombe branch was very bright, cheerful and helpful. She arranged a holiday for us last year to Ibiza - somewhere none of us thought we wanted to visit! However, she was right and it was great. So naturally we went back to her for guidance on a Christmas Market trip this year. Again she came up with some great ideas and destinations - Prague it is. She is also arranging a Canada\Alaska cruise trip for us. As you can tell, we are very pleased with our Hays Travel experiences.
