Very pleased with our visit yesterday to book a trip to Copenhagen. The lady we saw was extremely helpful and went the extra mile by checking out the distance of each hotel to the Christmas Markets and looking for places to eat around the hotels. She was also able to match the online price.

Jess was brilliant so accommodating, listened and did what we wanted .. 5* service from Jess as always 😘
