Another Positive Experience

Karen, Ballymena branch
I spoke to Karen regarding an Asia cruise offer I had seen on the branch Facebook page. I mentioned we didn't have out heart set on a cruise but wanted to travel around Thailand. She kindly offered to work up a quote for both options using her own Thailand holiday as a blueprint. I received the quotations quickly and Karen nailed exactly what we were looking. She listened, was professional and attentive through the whole booking process. I would highly recommend Hays and Karen for any travel needs in the future.

A very efficient service and pleasant experience.
Went in to book a short city break for a special occasion. Had it done and dusted very quickly and very efficiently . Karen gave great advice and was able to give a personal recommendation for the hotel. All booked and looking forward to celebrating a special birthday with friends.
