Lovely atmosphere for Holiday shopping.

we were help in finding our holiday. not rushed, gave us lots of info to take away to choose what we liked.
Returned a couple of days later and was help by Sandra she did all the phone calls to the tour operaters and help with everything we needed. very happy with our experience with Hays Travel.

Pleasant, experience, nothing to much trouble
The lady who helped us was extremely helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Even down down to finding early morning flights, booking extra leg room and meals. And sorting out our hoilday
insurance, and recommended airport parking and booked it all for us . Over all very pleasant experience, and we will definitely be using hays travel next year when booking a hoilday with our grand children's, and daughter. 10/10

The member of staff was very helpful throughout our search for our holiday. She as both patient and understanding for the requirements and budget we wanted. Exciting feeling
Sandra was pleasant, helpful, claim professional nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to see and speak to another human being the old school unusual in today’s society with online gadgets. Lovely to feel relaxed with no stress in evolved. Seeing someone in person in a travel agent makes it more exciting 😁👍🏻
