Communication skills

I knew what I wanted before I arrived and so the assistant was very professional, helpful and easy to talk to which meant that she listened which is very important in communication skills.
In future I will be recommending your company to all my friends and relatives.

Chase was very helpful in finding us a Hotel in London and the time of flights, he also booked tickets for ABBA for us.Nothing was a problem for him, excellent customer service. I would use Hays Travel again.Well Done keep up the excellent work and customer service.

Experience with Kris 10/10

We cannot fault Kris at all, absolutely amazing at what he does and knows exactly where to look when you give him what you are looking for. Got our last minute holiday sorted to Mexico and is looking at sorting out lifetime holiday for 2027.
