We brought our Hayfield Home July 2020
We had numerous problems dealt with. But we did not realise the problem with our guttering after our 2 years warranty had run out. When we have downpour the water cascades over the top of the guttering. I got another Roofing company to do a report and they told me the guttering has been put up incorrectly and the water is flowing in the wrong direction not going to the down pipe. Also since this has happened we have a wet patch on our living room carpet inside the living room where the water cascading down is coming through under the French doors
NHBC don’t cover the guttering but advised me to go back to Hayfields. Unfortunately Hayfields don’t want to know which is a shame.

We visited today, to see the layout of the site and view the homes as we are new to the area. We are looking for a modern home with the latest heating that is also eco friendly. These homes tick the boxes. Joe was the onsite manager who was very helpful, answering all our questions and showed us around. The homes are a quality build and the show home is beautiful.

Annabelle & Claire were fantastic. We first met Annabelle. We had a couple of visits to the Crescent. Annabelle was very informed on the product and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. We subsequently returned and met Claire. She was just the same and we had a similarly great experience.

Hayfield Rise Great service and what beautiful homes!

So far our experience with Hayfield has been wonderful. Ebony has been so helpful at every stage, from showing us around on our first viewing to helping us through the reservation process. We are really excited about our move!

We visited the site this afternoon without an appointment as we were not sure there was a show home. We met Joe on site and he was extremely helpful. He kindly showed us a selection of houses and answered all our questions. He made us feel welcome. He was very professional in everything he did. Thank you for your time today.

Myself and my husband were greeted by Ebony this afternoon at hayfield homes, although the homes were out of our price range Ebony allowed us to have a look at the show home and gave us lots of information about the houses and area.

I visited Hayfield Rose and Joe showed me around the show home, great quality build and peaceful location, I would recommend the site if you’re looking for a high standard of new build. Joe was very friendly and didn't pressure me into making a decision or try and push it like most other estate agents have done in the past. Highly recommended!

I’ve dealt with my share of agents/sales people in the past, but Joseph has definitely stood out among the pack.
From the moment I visited the site in West Lavington he was very welcoming and friendly. Joseph was attentive to my needs and displayed a great knowledge of the local area and property information which will allow me to make an informed decision in regards to my next steps. A truly pleasant experience all around and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase in the development to speak to Joseph if they are sat on the fence!

Joseph has been great at helping my parents with their requests. He has shown them the different properties at their site, discussed all options and even liaised with colleagues to ensure visits are co-ordinated, as they were travelling from further afield. Highly recommend his help at the Bromham site.

We had fantastic visit to Hayfield Rise in West Lavington on Tuesday, a special thank you to Ebony who showed us around the beautiful homes , she was so helpful in answering any questions we had many thanks .

We had not planned to visit the site at West Lavington, but we are very glad that we did. The development and is superior to anything else we have seen in style and finish. Internal viewing of the houses is recommended, to confirm the quality of the fixtures and fittings and attention to detail throughout.

The estate agents and the Hayfield team would seem to be working well together, both answering our questions fully, giving us much food for thought.

I found Joe at Hayfield arise knowledgeable and kind, he provided me with sufficient knowledge on the site and homes. Hayfield Rise is a superb development, with luxury homes. Slightly out of our price range but I would recommend if you’re looking for a new eco home

Joe, the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and followed up promptly with more requested information. Very professional. Show home looks great: a lot of thought has gone into the design.

My wife and I have spent a year looking at various options and six weeks ago discovered Hayfield Rise. This new estate is exceptional in all departments, from the design build and finishing of the homes, through to the layout of the development. Yesterday was a fantastic day for us as we reserved our new home. Ebony was extremely professional but made sure that the reservation process was the best experience it could be. We have a pack with all the information we need and are greatly anticipating our move. My wife and I thank Ebony for making yesterday special.

If you are looking for a premium specification new house I would highly recommend Hayfield Rise, Ebony and her team (Jo).

Pre booked an appointment to view hayfield Rise, West Lavington.
The site on entering is very welcoming, well maintained surrounded by woodland.
Joe who greeted us was friendly, polite and showed he had excellent knowledge of the development, he was very patient in answering all our questions and informing us of our options.
Walking round the show home was absolutely stunning, of an exceptional high standard.
Would definitely recommend a viewing.
