Happy at Hayfields Hallow !
I recently purchased a Hayfields home at Hallow. I was drawn to the development and house due to the thoughtful design and construction of the entire development. With a clear thought for the future the houses are sustainable and environmentally built. The designs are sympathetic to the location and the existing area. I have been impressed by the careful and considered landscaping and open space that also benefits the community as well as the residence. During construction the site team have kept the development clean and tidy at all times, and all those various teams I have encountered have been courteous, helpful and welcoming. Any minor aspect have been quickly and efficiently dealt with and the Hayfields team have been responsive and supportive throughout. I would like to mention Hannah and her colleague Steve who have gone above and beyond whenever support has been required, whether at handover or follow ups. I am very much looking forward to enjoying my new Hayfields home as well as seeing the very well-proportioned and creatively designed development flourish.

Having lived in a new build previously we were reluctant to consider another one after issues with build and fitting quality.

However, having visited Hayfield Grove and the sales office it was clear to see a huge difference between Hayfield and other developers.

We have been in our new home for nine months and couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail and high quality is great and any snagging or problems have been dealt with swiftly. The after care provided by Hayfield is what has made the experience so positive, particularly from Hannah who is always on hand to provide solutions and support. She has made it a 5 star experience!

We completed on our new home on Hayfield Walk at the end of November 2023. We have had a long relationship with the Sales Team as we showed interest in our plot in March 2022 when Phase 2 of the site hadn’t been started or the plot released for sale. During our initial discussions with the Sales Office, and then for several months on, we were looked after by Laura Stoica who we cannot praise enough. We were kept informed throughout the process, she was always to spend time with us with nothing being too much trouble. As the build progressed we were then transferred to the Customer Care Team and taken care of by Rachel Harwig. Again, we couldn’t have been looked after any better. We travel extensively and Rachel was always prepared to accommodate our diary commitments and meet us when we were in the UK. Rachel moved positions within the company and we were transferred to Luke Taylor-Hodge who monitored the final stages of our purchase and continues to look after us. Luke has been a star and even picked up his phone whilst on holiday to help us navigate the Heat Pump system. As for Laura and Rachel, he has taken excellent care of us. Anytime we have needed to contact Head Office we have always received friendly and supportive assistance. We have been very impressed with the expertise, knowledge and the way that the whole team at Hayfield work together to provide exceptional service. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the build as well as the internal furnishings and fixtures. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hayfield Homes or indeed buying another one of their homes in the future.

I wanted a future proofed home when I returned from living overseas. I bought my Hayfield home sight unseen over the internet - always a big risk- but all has turned out even better than I thought. There were no nasty surprises and many pleasant ones. Their after sales service and attention to detail was excellent. Hannah was always there to help with any issues that arose which she ensured were speedily put right. The bungalow has been cosy and warm all winter after some issues with the heat pump had been sorted.
All in all it has been a very pleasant experience moving into my Hayfield home and I have no hesitation recommending one to any prospective buyer.

We recently went to view the new homes at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington. We cannot say enough in praise of Joe Baross. He was professional, courteous and considerate. His customer service throughout the process with us considering purchasing a new home in Hayfield Rise could not have been better. He talked us through the whole site. Showed us around a number of homes. Then showed us what the path of the sun would be like in the garden of the home we were interested in. Thank you Joe for all your time and patience.

From the quality of our home to the outstanding customer service, they have exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend Hayfield to anyone in search of their dream home.

We moved into Hayfield Grove in January 2023, from the first meeting with Anita to meeting Hannah who has the responsibility of dealing with any issues we may have (snagging list ect) the process has been brilliant, can’t fault Hayfield in any way😊

We have friends who have bought new houses and have talked about the problems they have had with the developers so when we decided to move, we were not looking for a new property. We saw Hayfield Walk by chance, liked the location and thought we would pop in and have a look. The sales person - Laura Stoica was fantastic, really knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We were undecided for a bit, bought one house and then changed our minds and bought another! Laura was great throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We were handed over to Luke Taylor-Hodge after moving in who is also fantastic. He's called or visited us several times and all of our snagging was addressed straight away. We even received a follow up call from a director. In fact, all of the people we have met who are working with or for Hayfield have been great. We've been here 5 months now and would not hesitate to recommend Hayfield Homes to anyone considering moving house. We'll only buy new and from Hayfield when we eventually move again.

We moved into our Hayfield home just over a year ago and the aftercare has been fantastic. Any issues we’ve encountered have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and without question. Luke Taylor-Hodge who manages the aftercare for our site is attentive and approachable and reacts quickly too. Luke had eased any stressful moments throughout the moving in process and has continued to do so ever since too!

Hayfield have been great throughout the process. Laura was amazing in the presale and Luke has been very attentive in dealing with any post completion activities. Would highly recommend.

We have looked at over eight new- build developments over the last 2 years. We are relocating to be nearer our grandchildren.
We are renting just a short distance from the Hayfield development in Over. We watched with interest as the site started to take shape.
We could see that this company had geat attention to detail. We met Claire the Sales Development Manager.
She was by far the most knowledgable and helpful sales manager that we had met. Nothing was too much trouble .She gave us quality time and we were encouraged by her sincere enthusiasm for the properties she was showing us around. She was very understanding and professional. We felt she was "on our side" to find the right property within our budget without appearing pushy or just wanting a sale.
I would strongly recommend this developer and their sales team, especially Claire who made our viewings a real positive experience.

From the start, meeting the lovely Louise at Hayfield Grove through to dealing with the progression team and then Hannah, Nick and Steve post exchange, has been amazing and a significant difference to the experiences that we have had before when purchasing other new build properties with different, mainstream developers. Hayfield homes are certainly of a higher quality, and come with a wow factor both internally and externally. We’ve always loved the idea of being in a home that makes best use of green energy, we’ve had solar panels before, but now we have solar and an ASHP. It will likely take some time to get used to not having gas and we would advise that the “standard” ASHP set up might not always be the right set up for all home owners, as it really depends on your situation and usage, so Hayfield may want to work with buyers and DAIKIN to ensure the right set up, but once complete you will still have plentiful hot water and a cozy house. Hayfield have worked with us and our professional snagger to work through the list of snags and we are pleased to see that they have taken on almost all of them (we’ve agreed to accept some issues) and started work on them very promptly. As an EPC A rated home there is certainly plenty of insulation, the bathrooms are lovely and the kitchen is stunning. Some feedback from us would be that for that little bit extra Hayfield could ensure that all kitchen appliances are also A rated (dishwasher wasn’t, but not a major issue - just something we will look to change in the future), CAT6 network connections should be run to all TV locations as well as Sky/aerial connections (most people stream their TV over the internet these days, we do!), and the EV charger should also be network connected given that it has the ability to be connected via a wire, rather than WiFi (the homes are so well insulated, a WiFi signal may not get through the external walls as we found!)… but these are minor things and things that we would hope Hayfield can easily take on board to continuously improve their lovely homes at future developments. We’ve been here for just over two months, we’ve made amazing friends with the other residents and love the little area and community around us. Hayfield really pick some great locations. Their staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Hannah is exceptionally great… they just need more Hannah’s! Hayfield really do get the concept of turning houses into homes and we love the home we have. Highly recommended over many of the other developers out there. They might be small, but they’re perfectly formed.

Arrived at Hayfield Rise today and received a warm welcome from Joe Baross. My wife and I are taking the first steps towards downsizing from our current four bed and found this development to be of real interest.
Having viewed the show home we were impressed with finish of the property both inside and out. Joe presented us with all the information we needed and found his knowledge of the property and the local area to be first class. Good clear and concise information, Joe was extremely professional from start to finish. Our experience today has enhanced our confidence to seriously consider a purchase of a Hayfield property.

Just wanted to say how fantastic Hazel and Katy are at the Bromham development.
They were helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

We visited Hayfield Park on our family's search for a new home and were planning on a walk around the site to get a feel for the area as the visit was unscheduled. We were invited into the sales lounge by Katy and Hazel and offered to explore the show home on site at our own pace. Katy then took the time to show us around the show home room by room explaining what's included as standard fit (which is almost everything!) and answering any additional questions we had. We didn't feel rushed and the quality of knowledge of the homes available was amazing - Katy knew everything about anything and believe me we asked a lot of questions! Katy has also provided information as and when requested after our visit and we are now seriously considering a purchase! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the build and fit of the Hayfield homes and the service provided.

We visited Hatfield Rise at West Lavington and met Joe who immediately made us feel most welcomed. Joe was very professional and through friendly questioning quickly establish what we were looking for providing key information on the two types of property on site which best suited our criteria. Louise was very helpful and would have loved me to buy a property-unfortunately Hayfield would not accept my offer after dropping the price of my house to enable me to buy a Hayfield home-very short sighted with the poor property market at present!!
