I contacted Jim Hart about trademarking my business name after seeing an excellent video that he'd posted on YouTube on that subject.

I am typically a DIY type person, but I felt like hiring Jim was the right move here, even though I could technically submit my own application to the USPTO. There also were some nuances I may have missed in the application process that Jim was able to point out, saving me further time.
